My Approach to Therapy
I am a friendly creative therapist who believes that human connection is vital for a sense of wellbeing and also for equipping people to make significant changes in their lives. I am trained to use the arts, this includes image making, clay, sand tray, puppets, music, drama, movement as well as working as a talking psychotherapist. My approach will depend on what is right for you. I am interested in the whole person and enjoy working with different spiritualities and am experienced in working with childhood trauma, sexuality and gender issues.

What you can expect from therapy
Each session is 50 minutes, I have daytime and evening appointments available and I offer therapy in person and online.
If you would like short term therapy we can focus on a specific issue over a period of time or explore deeper issues with long term therapy.
It is really important that you feel comfortable with your choice of therapist and that is why I always offer a free first session, so we can make sure we work well together. If you are interested in exploring working with me then call or email me and we can take it from there.
